Your satisfaction with the Artist’s work is important to us at Cassidy House Gallery, therefore we offer a liberal exchange policy for individual purchasers. We have also found that most terms from galleries, reps, and publishers to be so equitable and so nearly alike that we are likely to accept your reasonable standard terms rather than impose our own.For individual purchasers, your newly purchased artwork may be returned for exchange at equal value or store credit (only) for any reason at any time as long as the artist is still actively working the gallery and is promoting the gallery at the time the request is submitted. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance.If a return of any art work is for any reason other than defects in the product, any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.Your original sales receipt must accompany the merchandise and it must be in its original packaging and in original condition as when purchased. Merchandise damaged after shipping will not be exchanged under any circumstance.

Commissioned work will be paid for in two stages. A deposit of up to one third the agreed upon final price will be due before any work will begin. The remaining amount will be due upon completion but prior to shipping. The total price will include shipping and insurance costs.

Cancellation of commissioned orders for artwork will be permitted at any time up to the final stages of completion with the forfeiture of the total deposit. Up to three major changes will be allowed any time up to the final stages of completion with an additional payment of one third of the original purchase price to be added to the final agreed upon price to reflect each change. Commissioned work is subject to all of the above return policies.
